Located on twelve acres and over one thousand feet of river frontage, with its old-world craftsmanship and state of the art detailing, The Toccoa House is a truly an amazing experience.
Nestled in the pristine mountains of north Georgia, this 4,000-square-foot, three-level "cabin" features beautiful architecture and soaring ceilings.
The Great Room
Soaring to a height of 28 feet and accented by the curved, mahogany staircase, the great room is truly a sight to behold. Exposed beams highlight the wood ceiling, and numerous windows provide plenty of natural light, as well as views of the west ridge across the Toccoa River Valley.
The balcony provides a desk with high speed Internet access, so bring your laptop and don't miss a message. Toccoa House makes for a fantastic location for business meetings and retreats.
The Terrace Level
The terrace level offers the ultimate in recreation. A mahogany, claw foot pool table is provided, along with a large screen television, and DVD/VCR. A cozy wood stove provides terrific ambiance, and rich leather furniture makes it easy to settle right in. The Terrace level also features a laundry room.
The Cohutta Suite
The upper level houses the Cohutta Suite, with dormers facing East and West. Named for the Cohutta Mountains, which are visible 30 miles to the Southwest, the suite features two private, covered balconies - one off the sitting area and one off the bathroom. The large bathroom features an over-sized whirlpool tub, custom tile floor, and ten foot ceiling.
The Cohutta Suite is over 500 square feet, with a vaulted exposed beam ceiling of seventeen feet. Two queen size beds are located in the room.
Guest Rooms
The Toccoa House features 4 additional bedrooms, each with its own private bath with whirlpool tub and custom tile floor. Each room provides ample storage with a built-in armoire and five large drawers, satellite television, and volume control for the built in stereo system. Fresh linens are provided for all bedrooms.

The Dickey Ridge Room
Named for the ridge visible across the Toccoa River valley, with views of the Toccoa River as well. This bedroom has one king bed.

The Blue Ridge Room
This room has large windows facing east toward the Town of Blue Ridge and south toward the Cohutta mountains, and is located on the main level. With a ceiling height of over ten feet, this room has one queen size bed.

The Toccoa River Room
This room is located on the terrace level and faces the Toccoa River Valley. The room has one king size bed.

The Double Room
This terrace level room is windowless and cozy. It has two queen size beds, suitable for families.
Decks and Balconies
Seven decks, porches, and balconies provide ample opportunity to take in the mountain views, observe the abundant birds of the area, watch the sunset over the western ridge, or just relax with a good book.

A minimum two night stay is required (5 for holidays). The Off Night rate is $200 per night; the Peak Night rate (Friday/Saturday, all nights during a holiday stay, and all nights in June, July, August, and October) is $300 per night. These prices cover up to 4 guests; each additional guest is $15 per night. No charge applies to children under 3 years of age. Additional fees apply for day-guests and campers (not admitted without prior approval).
There is a $25 per night pet fee for each approved pet. A credit card deposit of $200 is required to secure a reservation (refundable up to 30 days in advance of check-in, minus a $75 administrative fee). A housekeeping fee of $200 is also added to each reservation, along with a municipal lodging tax.
Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
